range of services from design, drafting, kit supply; through to organizing the building for you.

We have a range of over 50 plans to choose from, which you can change to suit your needs,
if this does not suit we can help you design your own home and supply the kit for it.

Once you have decided on a Precise Steel Home, you have the following options:

1. Become an owner builder and save the Builders profit.

for the owner builder we offer the following;-

(a) Detailed construction manual including photos.

(b) 7 day phone support.

(d) Arrange any part of construction as required.

2. Become an owner builder and we manage the project for you.

(a) We organize all the paperworkthrough to Council approval.

(b) We organize trades etc to carry out the construction.

3. We supply the Kit and arrange the building through completion.

We have access to builders who will contract to build your kit to any stage, or through completion.
